Event Technology That Protects What Matters

Stratagem 98 is a small Indianapolis public safety technology company dedicated to changing how events handle safety and attendee services. We build event safety software: a mobile panic button for attendees, mass notification for organizers, and the incident management tools the security and medical teams rely on when a request comes in.

The problem we started with is simple to describe and hard to solve. At most events, someone who needs help has to find a staff member, flag down security, or remember a text number posted on a sign. Every one of those steps costs time, and none of them tell a responder where the person actually is. Radios keep staff talking to each other, but they do nothing for the gap between the person in trouble and the team trained to help.

We focus on delivering peace of mind for attendees while providing operational clarity for event organizers, enabling faster support and better communication when it matters most. That means an attendee gets one tap instead of a search, and an organizer gets real-time situational awareness instead of a radio call they have to interpret.

Being based in Indianapolis matters to how we build. This is a city that hosts large-scale events constantly, from the motorsport calendar to conventions, concerts, and neighborhood festivals, which gives us organizers to learn from who run real crowds under real pressure.
